It has a unique appearance, more reasonable structure and stability, mainly for sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, bamboo shavings, palm fiber and other materials. Advantages of double vertical ring die granulator: 1. Gearbox: continue the gearbox advantages of our company's three-generation flat die granulator, adopt high-precision gear transmission, equipped with automatic hydraulic circulating oil system, which ensures the service life of the gearbox and the working stability of the granulator. 2. Vertical motor: 8-level motor, working vertically. Its outstanding feature is that the mounting hole is centered on the output shaft and is equidistantly distributed around, so that the machine runs with greater power and stability. 3. Fan system: located on one side of the granulator working chamber, which can freely control its working time. Its main function is to help the granulator working chamber to remove dust and discharge steam. 4. Working parts: the die and pressure roller are made of alloy steel. The heat treatment is completed independently by our company. The hardness can reach more than 52, which not only ensures the granulation effect, but also enhances the service life. The working mode is inside-out extrusion. Centrifugal force and extrusion force are combined to increase the output while ensuring the hardness and density of the particles. The unique design of 3-8 pressure rollers is adopted to increase the extrusion frequency, to improve the output, the mold is a "vertical double-layer" design, which can use the same aperture up and down to increase the service life of the working parts, and can also use two different aperture molds, thus saving the cost of purchasing additional molds for making particles of different sizes. 5. Pressure roller automatic oiling system: oiling time and working time can be controlled freely, oiling frequency can be adjusted freely according to the working time, so that the machine can work 24 hours without stopping, and avoid the time and labor cost consumption of stopping oiling.
