In order to cater to the continuous changes in the market and meet the diverse demands of domestic and international customers, taking the strengths of others to make up for our own weaknesses, we proudly presents the FD series fifth-generation 560 model "Double Vertical Ring Die pellet machine". This product is independently researched, developed, designed and manufactured by our company. It features a unique appearance, a more reasonable structure and enhanced stability. It is mainly targeted at materials such as wood chips, straw, rice husks, peanut shells, bamboo chips and palm fibers.
Advantages of the Fifth Generation 560 Type Double Vertical Ring Wood pellet machine
Gearbox:
(1) Major advantages: Whole Lifetime warranty, independently developed and designed by our company, inheriting the gearbox advantages of our company's third and fourth generation pellet machines. The box body is welded from 24mm thick steel plates and undergoes strict pressure and water testing before leaving the factory. It adopts high-precision gear transmission, three-stage transmission, two-stage reduction, and is equipped with an automatic circulating oil system, ensuring the service life of the gearbox and the working stability of the pellet machine.
(2)Large volume. The two independent boxes can collectively hold 200KG of gear oil. This design effectively avoids the problem that the pellet machine may overheat the gear oil due to prolonged operation.
(3) Large gears. The diameters of the driven wheel of the motor and the driving wheel of the main shaft are both over 80 CM. The width of the gear surface is 10 CM. The larger diameter and tooth surface ensure the long-term service life of the gear.
(4) Good quality of gears. It is made of cast steel. During operation, the gear is completely immersed in gear oil and can run at normal temperature without any wear.
(5) Good bearings. Heavy-duty pressure bearings are adopted. Using well-known brand bearings such as HRB, ZCZ, LYC etc . The large-capacity box body can better lubricate and cool the bearings, thus prolonging their service life.
Vertical Motor: Six pole motor ,Works vertically. Its prominent feature is that the mounting holes are centered around the output shaft and are evenly distributed around it, ensuring greater power and stability for the machine's operation.
Fan Dust Removal System: Located on one side of the working chamber of the pellet machine, it can be freely controlled regarding its working time. Its main function is to help discharge dust and excess steam from the working chamber of the pellet machine.
Automatic Lubrication System for Rollers: Installed independently, the oil injection adopts the piston-driven method. It evenly injects high-temperature resistant lubricating grease into the bearing of the press roll. It is controlled by a separate electronic control system. The frequency and time of oil injection can be freely adjusted. It works automatically and enables maintenance without stopping the equipment during operation.
Storage bin advantages, complementing each other: Compared with the third and fourth generation pellet machines, we have adopted the latest design of the vertical ring die pellet machine that is widely favored by customers to meet the latest market demands. We use a stainless steel casing to ensure that the machine casing will not corrode or rust after years of operation.
Thicker main shaft , longer life , The original main shaft with a diameter of 120mm was thickened to 160mm and upgraded to a spline shaft connection, enabling zero-error driving of the working part by the main shaft and achieving higher transmission efficiency.
Discharge System, Discharge Method: Adopting the most advanced discharge design, the rotating components are placed outside. This has completely solved the corrosion and rust problems caused by steam and high temperature in the original upward-discharging type pellet machine.
For the working part, better material ring-die: There are two options available for the mold material, namely stainless steel and alloy steel. Different heat treatment processes are adopted, and the hardness can reach above 55, which prolongs the service life of the accessories. The mold adopts a double-layer design from top to bottom. During operation, the lower layer discharges the products. The same hole diameter can be used for both the upper and lower layers to increase the service life. One mold can be customized with two different hole diameters, saving the cost of purchasing separate molds for making different-sized particles.
For the working part, the bigger roller: The pressing roller shaft is thickened by a factor of two. The outer diameter of the pressing roller is increased from the previous 200mm to 265mm, making the contact surface between the pressing roller and the mold larger and ensuring a higher production output of the machine. The combination of a larger bearing and automatic oiling of the pressing roller is perfect, prolonging the service life of the pressing roller. The number of pressing rollers is reduced from four to two, which not only saves the usage cost but also facilitates replacement and maintenance.
Sealing of the pressure rollers: In response to the problem that the snap ring type seal was not tight as reported by the customers before, we have made active improvements. We adopted the method of combining the sealing ring with the sealing cover to ensure that the pressure rollers are absolutely sealed during operation, and will not be damaged due to the entry of dust or materials.
