At this time, the bearing needs to be taken out for cleaning, but many users of biomass granulating machines are unwilling to clean the bearing because it is too troublesome, as a result, the life of the roller bearing is shortened.
In addition to maintenance factors, there is also the oil injection of the bearing. As the mold and the pressure roller will produce high temperature when squeezing each other, this temperature will be instantaneously transmitted to the pressure roller bearing. The bearing temperature of the general granulation chamber should be at least about 120 degrees high temperature. The pressure roller bearing in the granulation chamber should be filled with butter. Of course, this kind of butter is not ordinary butter except for the very few external bearings, it is butter with high temperature resistance above 200 degrees. The butter injected by many customers cannot reach high temperature resistance, or the butter quality is too poor, which will lead to poor lubrication effect of the bearing and finally greatly shorten the life of the bearing. In addition to butter quality, there is also the problem of oil injection quantity. Is the more butter injected, the better? If too much butter is injected, it will lead to poor air permeability and poor heat dissipation of the bearing, and the continuous high temperature cannot be dissipated, which is also the reason for the short life of the bearing.
