First, the filter
This biomass granulator has screen components, which are the primary guarantee for filtering particulate matter, allowing the pellets to be processed more purely and with high quality. It is also because of this, after the filter is used and worked for a long time, serious blockage will occur. Therefore, when using such granulators, they should be cleaned regularly to clean up the clogging of the filter, which is beneficial to the good effect of granulation and processing of particulate matter.
Second, the feeder
The feeder link of the biomass pellet machine is the main premise for completing the granulation and particle processing operations. Without the feeding channel, it is impossible to complete various operations such as particle pulverization processing. For this reason, after the feeder is used for a long time, it will also be blocked. If the material carried in the feeder is too large, serious congestion will occur, resulting in a decrease in the feeding speed. Therefore, daily cleaning of the feeder is the basic condition for ensuring the normal operation of the machine.
After using the pellet machine for a period of time, sometimes there are problems. 1, the feed pellet machine output is low, sometimes there will be no granulation
Reason: The flat mold used for the first time has a poor finish. The moisture content of the material is too high or too low; the gap between the pressure roller and the flat die is too large; the pressure roller or the flat die is severely buckled.
Solution: Grind and lubricate with oil-containing material, increase the working output for a period of time; adjust the moisture content of the material; adjust the compression bolt; replace the V-belt.
2. Too much granular powder processed by the feed pellet machine
Cause: The water content is low; the flat mold is excessively worn and the thickness is too small.
Solution: Increase moisture content; replace the new flat die.
3. The surface of the pressed pellets is rough and not smooth.
Reason: The water content is high; the flat mold is used for the first time.
Solution: Reduce the moisture content; use the flat mold for the first time; repeatedly grind with the oil.
4. The small feed pellet machine suddenly sounds abnormally when working.
Cause: The granulating chamber falls into a hard object; or the bearing is damaged and the bearing is replaced.
Solution: Shut down to remove foreign objects; tighten parts.
5. The small feed pellet machine suddenly stops working when working.
Cause: The load is too large (even the fuse is blown); there is a foreign matter entering the cavity.
Solution: Appropriately increase the gap between the pressure roller and the flat die to replace the fuse; stop to remove foreign matter.
6, the particle surface is not smooth, more powder
Solution: It may be that the flat mode compression is relatively small, and the compression hole should be properly adjusted.
7, the surface of the particles is smooth, but the hardness is too high
Solution: Adjust the flat mode compression ratio and reduce the flat mode compression
