Cause: The water content is low; the flat mold is excessively worn and the thickness is too small.
Solution: Increase moisture content; replace the new flat die.
3. The surface of the pressed pellets is rough and not smooth.
Reason: The water content is high; the flat mold is used for the first time.
Solution: Reduce the moisture content; use the flat mold for the first time; repeatedly grind with the oil.
4. The small feed pellet machine suddenly sounds abnormally when working.
Cause: The granulating chamber falls into a hard object; or the bearing is damaged and the bearing is replaced.
